1. Fit the cap over the infants head
with the attached strap positioned at
the back of the head.

2. Wrap the strap around the head
and fasten it with the attached hook tab. The
length of the strap without the hook tab
may be trimmed if desired. |

3. Position the Tube Tackles on the strap where the breathing tubes will cross over, using the center hook tab on the foam tube tackle. |
4. Insert cannula into infant's nostrils.

5. Wrap the tackle arms over the tube and
attach them to the strap using the hook tabs
on each end. Adjust the tightness as needed.
